The revaluation process includes updating the property Assessed Value, with a new Equalization Rate, and a new Tax Rate. For commercial properties the process includes a physical inspection, and a request for income & expense information.

Lodi is conducting a real estate tax “Revaluation” effective October 1, 2025 that will update your taxes in 2026. Taxpayers have the ability to appeal all new assessments before April 30, 2026.
The Lodi current 2025 Equalization Rate is 56.96% of Market Value. The revaluation goal is to bring all properties up to 100% of Market Value for 2026.
