Robert E. Fader, SCGREA is a 30+ year member of the Appraisal Institute with over 35 years of real estate experience as a property manager, with acquisition and due diligence experience. He is a Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Fader has worked as a contractor/consultant for asset management companies, Wall Street Conduits, and property investment groups.
